Founder Rebecca Jaquest is a ‘super-smeller.’ Someone who can perceive scents from the next room and – as her NYITA collection so bewitchingly proves – is able, almost instinctively, to use that turbo-charged sense to blend some of the most exquisite bath, body oils and candles.
NYITA was conceived when Rebecca herself was pregnant. ‘When I was expecting my first child,’ Rebecca explains, ‘I became hyper-aware of harmful ingredients. So, I set out to create the purest products in the world, containing nothing but organic ingredients – initially for me, then friends and family.’ And now, for the rest of us to enjoy.
